All our event spaces are serviced by state-of-art kitchens and a team of expert chefs that create exceptional menus. For our meetings we specifically design dishes with productivity in mind using salads, grains, nuts and berries; and for lavish dinners with indulgent dishes created from first-class ingredients. Where possible, we use locally-sourced produce to create our food whilst adding creative touches that showcase our culinary flair and personality.

All meeting rooms at The BCEC are at the forefront of event technology, from the complimentary fast Wi-Fi to the super easy Click-Share system. Depending on the meeting space, rooms either feature a widescreen Samsung TV or NEC projector with Bose surround-sound speakers.
The BCEC has been designed to include a multi-purpose heavy-goods lift accessed straight into the Mercian, making this an ideal venue for car launches and large-scale showcase events such as exhibitions.
