Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests attending the Christmas program/events (Event)
2. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full
payment has been received.
3. Payment: A deposit of £10.00 per person is to be paid at the time of booking with the final
balance due before the 1st of November 2024. Bookings with deposit payments can only be made
up to the 1st of October 2024. For any bookings on or after the 1st of November 2024, full payment
is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
4. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT but may be subject to any other relevant taxes/levies at the
current prevailing rate in force on the date of the event. Prices advertised are subject to change
before booking.
5. Cancellation Policy: All payments received, including deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. In the unlikely event that the venue is obliged to cancel the Event, all monies will be
refunded, or an alternative date offered.
6. Amendment Policy: Should your party size decrease in number, payments including deposits
cannot be offset against food, beverage, or accommodation.
7. Event Details: The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including but
not limited to, timings, entertainment, and menu offerings, without prior notice. Table layout on
the night is actioned by the venue.
8. All Inclusive Party Terms: Hand stamps or wristbands are provided on arrival and must be visible
at all times. All-inclusive drinks are limited to house drinks only and two drinks per transaction.
9. Special Requests: including dietary requests must be made known to the venue at least 14 days
before the Event. Any dietary requests made on the evening of the Event will be met to the best of
our ability, however, cannot be guaranteed.
10. Accommodation: any booked accommodation shall be subject to our hotel terms and conditions
11. Dress Code: All guests are required to adhere to the dress code specified for the event. The
venue reserves the right to refuse entry to guests not dressed appropriately.
12. Behaviour: All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the event. The
venue reserves the right to remove any guest who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate
manner, without a refund.
13. Liability: The venue accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property
during the event unless caused by the negligence of the venue
14. Force Majeure: The venue shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations
under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its
reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
15. Photography and Filming: The hotel reserves the right to photograph or film the event for
promotional purposes. By attending the event, guests consent to their image and likeness being
used for such purposes without compensation.
16. Age Restrictions: No under 18s. Guests are required to comply with these restrictions and
provide proof of age if requested.
17. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the venue, including the hotel,
in accordance with UK smoking laws.
18. Alcohol Policy: The hotel reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any guest
who appears to be intoxicated or underage, in accordance with UK licensing laws.
19. Compliance with Laws: All guests are required to comply with UK laws and regulations during the
event.
20. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales.
