The BCEC offers a versatile mix of event spaces ideal for conferences, exhibitions, board meetings, award dinners, networking and charity events. Most of our function space is fully-flexible and interconnecting and can comfortably accommodate a large scale conference for up to 1,000 delegates with ample breakout space for seminars, training sessions and refreshments.

Situated in the middle of Britain’s motorway network and just a 9 minute train to Birmingham International Airport it really is the perfect location, no matter where your delegates are traveling from.
Cleverly designed with a wall-to-wall glass frontage to make the most of the natural daylight, The BCEC’s light and bright pre-function space leads directly on to multiple function rooms of various sizes. Our meeting rooms can accommodate as few as 4 delegates in the Evolve Pod or 120 for a private dinner in The Rookeries. Each floor has breakout lounges, a perfect space for a relaxing coffee and afternoon snacks to a formal drinks reception.
Additional function rooms at The BCEC include the Connect 4, Motivation, Innovation and the Rookeries, each providing flexible space capable of accommodating larger groups in an open plan set up or can be divided into separate spaces. These can be used for bolt on meeting rooms, seminar spaces for learning and development events or breakout space for dining.
All meeting rooms at The BCEC feature in-built high-tech equipment for training, presentations and board meetings. This includes Click Share, flat screen smart TVs and projectors, flipcharts and free hi-speed Wi-Fi as standard across the venue.
